Unsold Job, Updated Details : House is occupied by me and has not been decorated since new in Dec 2005. Minor repairs to walls etc. needed. No wallpapering and very simple colour scheme rqd .Kitchen, between cupboard tiling rqd, I will supply tiles. I have followed Rated People suggestion on approx. cost. Original : painting
3 x bedrooms, 1 x lounge/living room, 3 x bathrooms, 1 x kitchen, 1 x hallway, 1 x stairs
KITCHEN TILING AND PAINTING, PAINTING ALL WOODWORK WITH GLOSS PAINT AND ALL WALLS/CEILINGS THROUGHOUT HOUSE
Surfaces are in good repair
I have some materials and would like the tradesman to supply others
Allan provided an excellent and efficient service. always prompt and totally reliable. A very flexible tradesman. He met my reasonably high standards admirably. I would recommend him to others without hesitation
