A largish 5 bed room house with 6 room downstairs and 4 bathrooms.
Kevin worked for us some time ago but I've only just realised how you rate people on this site. He did a truly excellent, professional job on our 5 bedroom house - painted every door, window and all other woodwork. Visitors often comment on the quality of the paintwork and 18 months later we contine to be very pleased with it. We regularly left kevin in the house and felt we could trust him and rely on him completely. If you need a high quality professional job then look no further.

Really good quality job, very happy. Left him with a key to do the job over Christmas, finished a day early on budget. Have since asked for another job. Recommended.

5 preprimed doors in situ. staircase area walls approx 10m2. no repairs or filling required, just freshen up coat to high for me to do.
John did an excellent job for us. He was nice and polite and kept the areas he was working in very tidy! He arrived when he said he would and did a great days work. The final result was great and we felt that he did a great job for a good price. Would recommend.

two-bed terraced property. Front Door, rear patio door. 4 windows. ladders needed. Some wood needs repair by splicing in new wood or using filler. Remove flaking paint. Make good all putties as required. Use good quality paint Dulux or Permo-glaze. Coat of oil based primer to all bare woodwork, then one undercoat and two top coats. Check and clear out all gutters and down pipes. Leave property in clean and tidy condition.

Prepare and restain all external windows and doors (with Dulux Weathershield or similar). The work was last done five years ago - a couple of windows may need more significant repair work (south-facing). There are 10 windows and five doors. One door is solid wood, one is a double glass door, the other three are single glass doors with window panels. Also stain black exterior cladding (dovecot and above back door) and side gates (Sadolin or similar).
We were extremely pleased with the work carried out. The preparation work was very thorough and the re-staining and painting was done to a very high standard. The tradesperson and his work colleague were friendly, trustworthy and hard-working. Although this wasn't the cheapest quote I received, I felt the extra cost was justified for the quality of the materials used and level of service given. I would certainly use this company again and would recommend them to my friends and colleagues.
