One coat of white to exterior of a small terraced house (first floor only plus a ground floor bay window). Job needs doing on or before Easter weekend (end of March). House was painted in 2006, thisis just a quick once over as the house is going on the market. Nothing fancy.
Phil has been excellent from start to finish. He qouted promptly and his price was very reasonable. He followed up the quote which no-one else bothered to do. He did an excellent job painting the exterior of the house, so good that we offered him more work. He really went the extra distance for us and I would highly recommend him to anyone.
