Looking for a painter and 'odd job' tradesperson to sort a few issues with house prior to sale. 1. one wall needs painting white, skirting needs touching up white also and plaster needs cleaning up from ceiling (freshly plastered wall). 2. gas fireplace has been removed leaving a hole in the wall - looking to cover it up. 3. two curtain rails need remounting. One fresh (upstairs) and one that has been wrenched from the wall.

Strip wallpaper (some woodchip) and repaper. Paint ceiling. Before papering fill in hole 3" diam. at side of cistern. Also make good an area behind toilet cistern because new one is lower. Do paintwork. Some papering will be behind pipes. Need a visit to quote and give advice.

5 Bedrooms, two and half bathrooms, dinning room, large kitchen, sitting room. 14 internal doors, all walls to be emulsion (magnolia) some walls will require to be lined. All ceilings to be silk white emulsion. All skirting boards/doors to be white gloss. 14 radiators to be painted white. External gate to be stripped back to matel and painted black. Small ammount of external woodwork to be white gloss or stained as appropriate.
S&K decorated our 5 bedroom house top to bottom inside and out while we were out of the country. They completed the work on time and kept us fully informed throughout the entire proceedings. Indeed they completed to a high standard before the estimated date. Not only did they do the work asked of them they deal with all manner of problems that arose, which being overseas we we could not. No extra charges were suddenly applied and they were highly profressional and friendly throughout.
