We have a set of metal steps that lead to the entrance of our flat on the 3rd floor of a victorian property. Over the years the black metal paint has become worn and flakey. We are looking for someone to prepare and paint these steps.
We had our metal steps painted on the side of a victorian house and the finish was excellent. I would highly recommend his services to anyone looking for a rope quality tradesman.

Detached house - Half rendered pebble dash - painted many times - needs repainting. Windows and doors to be painted also. Two bay windows - large. Please be aware the number provided is my office number so please e-mail me over the weekend.
Nick was very responsive to any contact I made with him. A couple of changes of mind were accomodated happily and without fuss. The quality of the work (External painting - woodwork, chimney, half pebble-dash) was excellent, and each day the site was left tidy. I would thoroughly recommend him.

Highly recommended, the 2 man team turned up on time, did an excellent job. cleaned up after. Painted the walls of 2 bedrooms and replaced door handles of 3 doors in 1 day. Would definately use again. thank you!

Detached house circa 10m square. Preparing woodwork and painting soffits and front boards. Burning off paint on flashing.
Phil did a very good job, exactly what we wanted and at a competitive price. He is also a very nice bloke. I'd use him again and definitely recommend him.

Epsom: Large Master ( approx 18x16) bedroom which has newly custom built wardrobes and drawers), new skirting boards, and beading around the sash windows and door. Walls re-plastered. Radiators will be removed. Prime and eggshell on woodwork, hang wallpaper on walls( good quality ) The ceiling hasn't been re-plastered, but will need some attention holes filled, cracks taped, lined with heavy duty paper. Where possible, a slick finish is desired.
