Stairwell in terrace house requires decorating, possibly including replastering - a lot of the plaster appears blown. Once sorted needs painting.
Approx area is 510 x 270 x 90 cm
I am really pleased with the results of what turned out to be quite a difficult job - stripping lath and plaster, replastering and decorating our stairwell.
Vincent was a pleasure to deal with, kept us up to date with the project throughout and really went the extra mile to get the work finished. It looks fantastic now!

Townhouse on 4 floors. includes 4 bedrooms, 2 reception rooms, 3 bathrooms and kitchen. Internal decorating only. House is approx 4 years old therefore all plaster is in excellent condition - no plastering required except perhaps to fill in hairline cracks due to settlement. Existing paintwork is all magnolia and in good condition just a little scuffed. Also need all gloss work repainted - doors, skirting boards, stair bannisters, etc. Will be mostly a pale colour again throughout, with perhaps 1 wall in each room a darker colour. Replies by email preferred, mobile if that's not possible.
Did a good job overall. Geoff himself does not do the work, he sends contractors which he manages. We had one called Ben, who went out of his way to ensure that we could still live here whilst getting the whole house painted internally. Ben worked long hours, was friendly and was generally very reliable.
There were just a few snagging issues that took a while to resolve - not because Geoff was unwilling to fix them, but he seemed to have a few issues getting his contractors to turn up as arranged occasionally.
Just one note - all of the contractors we saw were foreign, mostly Eastern European, which did make for some communication difficulties at times.julie

On inspection to the masonry window sills the paint work was noted to be flaking and severely weathered and worn to the front and back of the property Company to rub down and fill 3 no window sills to the front of the property. Company to rub down and fill 6 no window sills to the side and rear of the property. Company to apply a stabilizer to all masonry window sills Company to apply 1 x coat of under coat and 1 x coat of white gloss to the white window sills. Company to apply 2 x coats of magnolia masonry paint to the rear window sills were required. On inspection to the windows to the property a full redecoration will be required Company to rub down and fill were required, on inspection to the timber window sills to the rear of the property wet rot decay was noted.
