Paint hall (upstairs and down) ceiling, walls, skirting boards, door surrounds, doors (8) plus french doors with 10 panel glass and stair spindles up the stairs and on landing. Current area is reasonable condition. no plastering or paper to be removed.

The colour configuration is - ivory for all walls, white for ceilings. The doors and windows are in reasonably good condition so we are talking about a straight matt/emulsion paintover.
