Unsold lead, updated details: We live in a typical 1930s style semi and have a living room that we need redecorating as soon as we can. The ceiling is wallpapered and simply needs an emulsioning. The woodwork is already glossed but needs keying up and regressing, both picture rails and skirting boards. The walls do not have any wallpaper but are already painted and simply need refreshing with the same colour of emulsion.
Both my husband and I are currently injured and cannot complete the work ourselves and we have 2 children that have autism and we need the work completing as soon as possible so that we can return the room back to its usual state as there is only the bare minimum of furniture currently in the room. I am just waiting for the sale to go through and then I will need a painter and decorator to refurbish a 2 bedroom house in the solihull area. All rooms need painting. Hall stairs and landing. kitchen, bathroom & small hallway. 2 Bedrooms and a lounge/dining room. I am hoping that I wont need a plasterer but you never know do you.
I will prep removing all old wall paper etc.
