Updated : The bedroom is roughly 4 by 4 meters. Hallway is only very small and about 1 x 1meter. Stairs are straight. Would paper be included or would I supply wallpaper. Understand a rough quote is only possible without seeing rooms. Original : Need to remove wallpaper, re-wallpaper and paint ceiling dealing with any mould stains in a double bedroom. Also remove wallpaper and re-wallpaper a hallway and stairs.
Quote was competitive and Barry did a great job as promised. Would have no trouble using him again.

There are wooden laths that run across the width of the house (3 bed semi-detached) and go down as far as just above the living-room window that require painting plus painting of a pair of garage doors (outside and inside). With regard to the garage doors (barn type), there is a part of the wood that has rotted a bit on the smaller of the two doors, which will need repairing before painting. So, I would be looking for someone who can do both jobs.
Tradesman was tidy and did a good job.
