Get semi detached house ready to rent out: Magnolia emulsion walls, white emulsion ceilings and white gloss woodwork throughout - 3 beds, bathroom, cloakroom, kitchen, lounge, dining room, hall and landing. 2 smaller beds are dark colours currently but rest is all magnolia. All in good condition so shouldn't need much prep.
Pi did a great job of internal painting of the whole house, as well as putting together flat pack furniture. Good value and a nice person.

All woodwork (doors, frames, skirting & architraves) plus understairs cupboard and staircase spindles & balustrade. Windows are uPVC so not required. Will consider just the woodwork should total cost be above budget.
Steven team have done an exceptional job decorating our house. I cannot recommend them highly enough to be thorough professional. There were several problems with paints applied by the previous owners and wall repairs, but all of these were taken in the teams stride and we now have a beautifully finished house. Thanks guys, best of luck I'm sure we'll see you in the future when we need more work doing!

We have been very happy with SC. His quotation was not quite the lowest but we have been very satisfied with his work and he has been a very pleasant, polite and cheerful person to have around. These qualities are getting a bit rare in the UK. Full marks all round- we are glad to recommend him.

I hired this company to paint and part wallpaper my hall and landing areas (over 3 levels) of my home, also to gloss several internal doors and a mixture of white gloss and clear varnish on a brand new untreated pine staircase. The tradesman was fantastic very punctual and did a faultless and very professional job on the on the emulsion, wallpapering and gloss areas. However I was a little unhappy of the finish on the clear varnish on the staircase (some marks on the natural wood showing through the clear varnish) but full credit after one phone call, this company arranged to revisit me at a convenient time and rectify the varnish finish, which they did without any issues. also this company helped my wife in installing a new washing machine, this was above and beyond what they were employed to do. I have no hesitation in recommending them, a very affordable and professional company.

Current floor is smooth clean Marley tiles over concrete. I don't mind how it is done (using black and white lino or painted and then sealed, or using long tiles, etc etc) as long as it looks OK and last a little while.
