Render all walls in living room and to leave walls in living room smooth enough for painting.
this guy was very professional,polite and did a wonderful job, left my walls like glass and he cleaned up after the job was done he was very resonably priced he can also do ceilings and tiling i cant recommend him highly enough

Plaster walls, ceiling of a 2.6 x 4.8m bedroom.
Room has had wallpaper / paint stripped, new electrics roughed in and a new window fitted so needs a little more than a skim. Ceiling boards are loose so these have been screwed up.
Room is part of a 1 1/2 storey house so one of the long walls is partly the sloped part of the roof.
Existing plaster is on the hard and is generally sound - a few areas feel hollow so ive tried to knock this off.
Dont have any materials so would expect everything to be supplied.
