"This job was not as straightforward as first thought and as Mark said, it had many problems. Whilst I was happy with the quality of the work, I was dissatisfied with the mess left. Mark and his helper stayed late to finish the job as best they could but they ran out of time to clear up properly. However, Mark went to great trouble to contact me after the job and check that I was happy with the result. I told him my concerns and he was anxious to set things straight. I had already cleared up so he offered instead to carry out some flooring work that I needed doing at half price. Mark was always reliable and courteous. He arrived very early in the morning to suit my working hours. Overall I was very pleased with the service and would be happy to use them again."
