Garden flat. Cracks in rendering of external wall (at about a foot and also at 6 foot above the ground level) causing problems with internal stone wall- moisture seeping in. Not rising damp. We'd like the external wall re-rendered, internal walls replastered. Also, the area this external wall is in contains a concrete floor which we would like tiled, allowing for adequate drainage, and the other 3 walls of this area we'd like meshed and rendered to create an enjoyable outdoor space.

To look at a bathroom ceiling an ascertain whether the old ceiling needs to come down and then to put up new plasterboard and skim. To also seal against the damp. The room is less than 2m square.
A great job was done plastering my bathroom ceiling. They took down down the old lathe and plaster ceiling first and then took away the debris. New plaster board was put up and a bigger loft hatch was built (not quoted for in the orginal quote and not charged extra for in the final bill. The plastering was completed quickly and done well and they even cleaned up after themselves. Clean and tidy, quick and efficient would describe them well. They are very reliable, phoned when they said they would, turned up when they said they would and were generally a pleasure to do business with.

One bedroom in victorian house 4.3m x 2.7m. Old lathe and plaster in good condition on 2/4 walls but some pulling away on internal wall and crack above window suggests failed lintel. Skirting needs replacing. Looking for someone in BS6 area to skim good walls and make good the remainder. Not sure of what this will cost, need quotes but suspect under £500. ?If lintel can be repaired may cost more
Not cheap but a great job done, trustworthy and reliable. Minimal mess left. Will definitely use them again.

The 1st floor flat of a house in redland bristol has a damp patch by the rear window. There are cracks in the render at the corner of the window and in one or two other places. The render would appear to be reasonably sound otherwise - so, hopefully this is a repair rather than a complete re render.
