Budget Under £500

Job Quotes wanted for 4m x 2.5m new stud wall (boarded) and small hallway (also boarded). Also require various patching throughout the house, including: 3 x window reveals and loft hatch to be made good.

Job outside wall - old render needs removing and new render applied chimey stack needs some work and the flashing needs looking at

Comment Originally Martin and andy quoted us for a small chimney rendering job - our intention was to see how good they were and then possible use them for more work - in the end they worked on our property for over 5 weeks, they changed our facias, guttering, parapet roof walls, tile rebedding and exterior painting - we then used them to rebuild the wall between ours and our neighbours wall and entrance to our driveway - all the work carried out was of an excellent standard and we would definitely recommend them Tony

Job I need the top coat render/pebble dash taken off my house and plain smooth render added. It is an extended 3 bed semi.

Comment Absolutely great! Turned up on time to quote, carried out exploratory work on difficult wall FOC whilst on site to quote. The quote was mid priced but was a fixed price-not an open estimate that others had provided. When work began extra issues were discovered and again a fixed price was provided, Adam has very high standards of work-such that sections of the project were re-visited at his own request to give us a perfect finish.It has been a difficult job and each hurdle has been overcome. Budget Under £250

Job Plastering the hole in the bedroom ceiling that stems from leaking roof. We have fixed the roof but need the hole (about 4sq foot) fixed as well. The job might include skimming over the rest of the bedroom ceiling to make it nice and even. This depends on the quote.

Budget Under £100

Job We have just had a new wooden front door put in and need the plastering finished around it. So a small amount of external work to make it weather proof and then internal wall to be touched up. We also need some screeding don on the floor under the door to make it level and reduce the gap between the door and floor. Urgently needed as rain is coming in round the door into our hallway.
