Our surveyor has advised us to remove all existing plaster on the walls and ceilings. Plasterboard and skim all ceilings. Plaster or skim all internal walls.

The house is a small victorian terrace. The front of the house needs old render removed and replaced. The stone work above the front door is crumbling and needs replacing. Also the bath stone around the bay window is cracked and needs fixing/replacing.

Some of the lower sections of the existing rendering are beginning to peel away. This is apparently caused by the wrong type of sand being used. I'm therefore looking for someone to externally render the back of the house to update existing work.
