New ceiling (about 2 square metres), plastering two walls (about 6 sq metres), filling and finish plastering holes and gaps where a boiler has been removed and where new electrical cables and sockets have been installed. Easy access to the location of the work in a lobby adjacent to our back door.
The job was for replastering and painting. The plastering was excellent (5 star); painting was reasonable but last day's work rushed with rough finish, paint on adjacent fixtures and fittings.Plastering good value for money but painting quite expensive given the quality of the final result. Clearing-up was adequate, dried paint and plaster left on floor tiles. Timekeeping and reliabilty were excellent, punctual arrival on each specified day.

Damage to ceiling on upper floor due to leak from tank in loft. The ceilings have artex which I do not like, and are lagged above in the roof void. The landing ceiling has a crack that needs repairing and then perhaps be skimmed. The master bedroom is sagging in a small area, but dry and secure. This needs partial replacement and then the whole celing skimmed to cover the artex and to blend with the new segment.
I needed a plasterer as soon as possible and at the cheapest price. I decided on Andy and was not disapointed. He was punctual, and got on with the work. Overall, I am very pleased with the end result and would highly recommend this man.

We are renovating our 1929's house and would like a plaster finish to approx. 9 rooms. including stair hall and landing and ceilings through out. In several rooms this work involves making good blown plaster, and in others it should be just a skim coat.
George is a fantastic plasterer. Flexible, helpful and friendly. The job was to plaster every room in our 1920's house. It was a large job where much of the original plaster had to be removed. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend George and 24/7 to others.

Ideally I'd like a quote for a per meter rate -- I'm in the middle of renovating a property, and would like an ongoing relationship with a plasterer, rather than a quoting process for every job. However, first up would be skimming the plasterboarded underside of my roof (100 sq m, approx.), plus some supports for that roof. I've got a bathroom and toilet where new plasterboarded-studwork needs skimming (20 sq m?), plus coving needs installing. I've also got another wall that needs completely replastering from bare brick (7 sq m?). There will be a range of other plastering work to be done as we move through the house.
Alan has replastered/ skimmed 6 rooms for me over the last year. He always does a good job and is flexible and accomodating in his approach. I would have no hesitation in recommending him.

I'm not sure
Looking to have the walls in my lounge skimmed. The lounge is 15.9ft x 12.3 ft x 7.6 ft high. The walls have all been painted white with any holes filled in with pollyfilla. I would like them skimming over to give a smooth surface for painting.
Excellent price, a good finish to the skimming, but mess seeped through and carpet will need cleaning.

Internal porch ceiling requires replastering following a leak in external porch roof (which has now been mended). Edges of the ceiling have come away.
This person comes highly recommended. He replaced and plastered a ceiling to my complete satisfaction at a competitive price. He was punctual, efficient, helpful and friendly. He also removed all debris and cleaned up very well.

1950's house, 2 upstairs interior bedrooms require plastering. Both rooms walls are covered with plasterboard and ready to be plastered. Approximate measurements bedroom 1. 3x3.5 metre, bedroom 2. 1.5 x 2 metre. May require ladders but not scaffold.
Jeff arived that day, he gave me a vry comptitive quote wnd the work started the very next. His standard of work is excellent, he is very clean and tidy and we will defintely be using him again when move on to the next part of the house.
