Need some skimming. 3 Walls including 1 with Window. Also ceiling. Room is 3.5m x 2.5m Reposted. The first guys i had to do this job left without finishing the job. Crap job. Wall have been skimmed but top coat needs redoing. Experianced plasters only with plenty of feedback.
Good job of skimming my walls. Very flat. Was tidy, on time and polite. Recomended.

End of terrace needs insulation - side wall is natural brick work, front has been painted several times. Both have got damaged bricks and joints. The walls need to be repaired and the front rendered or repainted and the side would ideally be waterproofed without covering the brick work.
All done in 5 days from quote to finish, the team is very polite and trustworthy (left them the keys) and did exactly what we asked for, for the money agreed. Highly recommended.

Plasterboard on ceiling is starting to come down and now there is a large gap between boards (paper on top) Think the ceiling needs new boards and skim. dimensions = approx 12ft x 12 ft Please could I have an estimate.

1 room involved. I have a Victorian house and a length of plaster moulding of 150x25 centimetres along one side of the ceiling has cracked and slipped (normal wear and tear). I am looking for securing/restoration
I had a problem with some nice plaster cornice in a Victorian house that had suffered through wear and tear over the years and I was looking for an expert to deal with it. I couldn't be more pleased with the work of Stewart and his son from Modillion. Not only is their work excellent but, from conversation, you soon have confidence in Stewart's knowledge and expertise in all aspects of historic decorative plasterwork. What's more they are efficient, reliable and not expensive. 5 stars without a doubt.

Three rooms approx 10 by 11 (typical old terrace layout) walls are rough and pitted - loose plaster that needs taking off and redoing rather than skimming in areas. 2 walls have artex on. All 4 ceilings all are artexed as well.
I'm very pleased with the plastering Jeff has done, including unforeseen work needed on top of the original quote which Jeff was happy to advise and give different options on how best to tackle. I would highly recommend Jeff to anyone.
