"Job was done well. He was prompt on each visit and confirmed by telephone the previous evening. Disappointed that he did not supply better protection for the fitted carpet or see a need for it. He did offer to clean up the loose plaster when the mess was drawn to his attention. A written quote had been requested but not supplied however there was no attempt to move form the original agreement. Would use his service again as price was very fair."
