"First the positives: Arrived on time for the quote and the job. Polite and very hard working. Had a problem with one of the ceilings, not down to Andy, which he was able to put right for a small extra charge. Unfortunately the negatives are that when the ceilings had dried out there were small bumps all over which had to be heavily sanded in order to correct. By then there was no time to call andy back as there was a tight time scale. This was possibly down to plaster not being mixed correctly. Also, there was a lot of mess to clean up above and beyond what you would expect to be left with."
