Lounge ceiling 6m x 4.5m, already has coving, has been previously finished in a combed artex. Cleared room, no work space issues, standard height. May be more work available on same day. Need an indicative price please.

Replacement of Render to Base of All Exterior walls & assessment of existing render on one wall
I am acting on behalf of the Freeholder of this property.
1. 5-10 years ago the redeveloper has used a render that was not fit for purpose at the base of the external walls which are brick above. After only a few years this is crumbling away and needs to be fully replaced. I need a quote for this.
2. There is also a fully rendered and painted exterior wall that is suffering from severe cracking that appeared virtually overnight during the cold weather 2 years ago. While quoting for 1. above, I need your advice if this can be stabilised, filled and repainted of if you consider that it needs to be hacked off and re-redered.
