Updated : I think the ceiling MAY be called a 'hip" ceiling, and the artex is apparently a standard depth swirly effect. the room is 11ft by 9 ft, and so far have had quotes up to £120 including materials, but the availability has not been for about 10 days and I would like this done more quickly. Original : my sons bedroom ceiling which has one sloping wall down towards the window. At the moment the ceiling has artex on it, but I want this skimmed.

James did an excellent job on the wall and was very accomodating, arriving after work hours to quote for us and popping back the next day to take on the job. We are very pleased with the smoothness of the pastering and James even tidied up after himself. We're now waiting for the plaster to dry out but would definitely look to use James again if any of the other walls in our place need a little TLC.
