Knock off remaining render at top of chimney on drive side of house and re-render. Replace some blown bricks at bottom of house.
Kept up-to-date before commencement of job. Arrived on time. Good workmen. Very polite. Explained job and did more than originally asked to do. Cleared up afterwards. 2 year guarantee with job.

- Bathroom (6' x6') fully ceiling & part wall
- Kitchen (6' x 4') fully ceiling
The kitchen will needed to be boarded before plastering, as current ceiling is badly cracked (1930's house)
If all goes well, will also need the front of house re-rendered. You can quote seperately for this.
