"Having already agreed for the job to be delayed from 10th May to Monday 12th May, I awaited the arrival of PA Johnson yesterday afternoon, as they were due to arrive at 15:30 By 16:30 noone had turned up so I rang the mobile number - no response. Sometime after 17:00 I got through on a home number, to be told that a "business partner" had been scheduled to arrive at 14:00, and so would find out what happened. I am still awaiting PA Johnson to return my call from 18:00 yesterday when they said they'd find out what went wrong. Very frustrating, not least as they seemed very genuine and were very efficient giving the quote, then had to re-arrange due to other committments (Which we accepted), only for them not to turn up at all on the day of the job. I've now had to inconvenience my decorator who cannot start work when originally planned, and find a new reliable plasterer to complete this job for us. Unfortunately cannot recommend based on my experience."
