We are looking to have the outside of our house re-rendered / pebble dashed. The current render is on it's last legs - crumbling off in some places. There also appears to be a small damp patch around the spare room window that may be something to do with the old render damage so it would be good to get this looked at and if possible sorted at the same time or even prior to the rendering.
The house is a two up two down 1930's semi.

The hole is no bigger than a round door handle size, and is a very small job.

We need the walls plastering 1 metre up in 3 downstairs rooms following a chemical damp proof course in a 1920s property. Rooms will be cleared of fixtures and fittings. Removal of old plaster can be done in advance.
1st room - Dining Room - room needs to be fully skimmed. Size: 4.48 x 3.49m
Small understairs pantry will also need fully replastering. Size: 0.85 x 2.50m
2nd Room – Living room – two walls need plastering 1 metre up. Size: 3.87 x 3.54m
3rd Room - Hall – One wall needs plastering 1 metre up. Size: 1.70 x 2.30m
