Room in Victorian property 3.55m x 3.90m x 2.80m high. Requires spot patching (screw holes; former socket points x 4) and skimming. 'Decorative' plaster mouldings to be removed.
Potential to add skimming of additional rooms to job.
Andy filled and skimmed the walls in our bedroom and did an excellent job. He produced an excellent finish and was polite, friendly and tidy. Highly recommended.

Tom did some external rendering patchwork, he came as promised, did the job for the right price and even offered to re-do should I not be 100% happy with it once painted. Could not ask more than that! A great worker and nice guy...

Skimming of spare bedroom approx 3m x 4m to tidy up existing plasterwork. Room is ready to be worked on from Thursday this week (carpets already up, skirting off etc..).
Discussed job in detail and discussed throughout. Attention to detail and a light touch which was what was needed for our renovation work. Would use again, friendly and a good 2 man team. Cheers.

2 bed terrace requires skimming throughout most of property and new plasterboards in kitchen, bathroom and back room. Work can start immediately.
Jimmy did an excellent job on my 2 bed terrace. Most rooms required a skim but 2 large rooms required dry lining &suspended; ceilings. With the dry lining Jimmy used green moisture boards in the bathroom, silver insulation boards in the kitchen/backroom, &fireproof; boards in the fireplaces. The overall finish is excellent& Im really pleased with the quality materials I got for a very competitive price. Cant recommend highly enough, Jimmys professionalism&enthusiasm; is infectious-you wont be disappointed!

1 bedroom approx. 15ft x 9ft, longest wall is taken up with built-in wardrobe, half bay window to front. Require ceiling skimming, walls patched and skimmed. Internal walls are 'paramount' type. Ideal start in next 2 weeks

This is one room a former kitchen part tiled with some already removed. the room is 8ft by 12ft with the ceiling height being 8 foot. it has 3 door frames coming out and a large window. it also has a small radiator which we can arrange to have removed.
Very good service. Fantastic finish!
