Job requires the removal of wallpaper and plaster skimming to bare walls to give a smooth finish ready for painting.
Definitely one bedroom needs doing but will consider doing a second bedroom dependent on price quote given.
Room measurements are:
Room 1 (definite): 3.4m x 3.68m
Room 2 (maybe): 3.23m x 3.28m
Rooms are currently occupied but every effort will be made to empty the space as much as possible. May need to work around 1 large item (bed).
Mike responded exceptionally quickly to the advert and came out to give a free quote that same day.
Mike was prompt, courteous and tidy. His work is of a very high standard and his work ethic is commendable.
We were pleasantly surprised by the price as it came in well under budget. Mike also attempted to actually save us extra money!! A tradesman that doesn't want to gouge you financially is a precious commodity.
I would recommend Mike without reservation.Alix
Hi,
I've built some boxing and a number of repaired holes that need skimming.
Excellent job, thanks Mick.
Mick took on a "bitty" job for me and produced excellent work. Turned up early on a Saturday, which really helped me out.
Thanks again, highly recommend!

Responded the same day. Came and did the job within a few days. We are really pleased with the result. They tidied up after themselves well too. Would use them again.Jane
Repairs needed to bedroom ceiling and walls, removal of existing lining paper and re-plastering after minor water damage to both.
Room is approx 11 x 11
Tony came round when he said he would, to give the quote and when he came to do the job, which is rare. The job cost exactly as quoted and was done in a day like he said. We had one problem with a crack that formed as the plaster dried but he was back within the first week to sort that out at no extra cost.
I'd definitely use them again.Ian

We need a rear wall patch rendered in lime render. The area to be patched is about 30ft long although it doesn't all need doing. The render that is on is lime and the property, including the garden walls is listed, hence the need to retain the same render.
We would appreciate any quotes or appointments to view the work.
I don't think this is a big job but could be proved wrong.
Thank you.
