"I am disapointed to say that as the plaster has started to dry the door way that Carl had re-board and skimmed (on his advice) has cracked badly. We trusted carl to give us expert advice on this and feel he has let us down. Even more disapointed that when contacting Carl he was not very helpful and told me to go to B@Q and fill it myself. This is not what I appected to hear. Carl did explain AFTER he had finished the job that he thought it may crack and advised us to wait until it dryed and then we can go from there.
