Leak from bathroom, above kitchen, has cracked and flaked the artex on the kitchen ceiling. The damp has also affected the kitchen spotlights which now keep blowing bulbs. This is an insurance claim so I am looking for a reputable firm who can do both repair/redo kitchen ceiling and replace the ceiling spotlights.

I'm not sure
Will involve skimming existing old plaster walls and one new wall that has been put up to separate one room into two hence now lounge and dining room.
