Lounge is approximately 10ft x 12ft. My ceiling is currently artexed and I would like a smooth plaster skim. I might also need one wall skimmed as the wall is not smooth where a fireplace was removedin the past.
I was given a quote in August and told the job would be done in August or September. I have phoned Jason on many subsequent occasions and each time I've phoned he's promised to phone me the next day. He never phoned. The last time he promised this was 6 weeks ago. I think I have to presume that he's uninterested in carrying out this job. I feel misled and let down. I don't like false promises. Not particularly reliable!!

I do not want to waste anybody's time and request they see the damage but i can supply photos of said areas. A quote on headed paper by post or email would suffice.
