"Russell did an excellent job of plastering, and was very flexible with when he came to do the job to fit around my committments. My only complaint would be that he didn't always call when he said he would, to confirm times/details, and i felt that he could have left the place a bit cleaner and tidier when he left. I had told him not to worry about the carpet as i'm gettin a new one, but i needed to do some cleaning up in/around the room where he'd been working. His price was competitive and he was extremely professional and pleasant."

"I was very impressed with the quality of Russell's work but felt that he left the place a bit messier than i would have liked when he finished. Admittedly i had told him not to worry about the carpet as it is being replaced, but compared to plastering I've had done in the past, there was a lot of mess left for me to tidy up. He was also slightly unreliable at phoning to confirm details, however he was extremely reliable in turning up as agreed and was very flexible to fit in with my work hours. Overall i was pleased with the work, and thought he was very competitive and friendly, but i'm not sure whether i would use him again. "
