"Did not undertake work to the level described - so I did not really get what I paid for (radiator not removed and wall bulge not cut out and bonded). The plastering is not of a high standard and needs a fair amount of work on my part to finish it. Was not happy to accept a cheque, but accepted one in someone else's name. Then tried to get it cashed immediately - when unsuccessful I was called to ask if I could go and get cash out (I refused of course). So all the classic telltale signs of cowboy trading. Annoyed at myself for using someone who had not been recommended or rated by someone else on this site - but not too proud to pass on the info and hopefully save someone else's time and money."
