Removal of tiles in kitchen has created very uneven wall finish and will need fresh plastering over to even out ready to paint
Cheerful chap just got on with job as needed. All drying out at mo and hopefully all will be just fine in due course to paint

I've stripped the wallpaper / lining paper from our guest bedroom and now need 3 walls and the ceiling skimming... One or two small areas need filling / a little bit more than a 'skim' (i.e. where coving has been removed and taken a bit of plaster in places, and there are a couple of cracks), but I basically need smooth flat walls and ceiling so it can be painted.
The room measures just under 2.5m x 3m (and 2.4m high) and we need two 2.5m walls and one 3m wall skimming. As there's a door in one of the 2.5m walls and a window in the 3m one, there's actually not that much left to plaster! However, we've got another 5 rooms that are also going to be stripped and painted, so there's almost certainly more to come!!
