"The company provided a competitive quote for the job tendered. There was an omission of some materials from the accepted quote, which did lead to an increase on the quote after the job was accepted. All members of the team were both friendly and punctual. The work area was not always cleaned up afterwards, with plaster and plaster dust left on the floorboards and radiator pipework. My expectations were perhaps not accurately set before the work commenced, so there was some disagreement as to the quality of the final finish. The skim coat applied to the walls had an unexpectedly high amount of imperfections that were clearly visible on inspection under normal lighting conditions. The finish was notably poor in the corners of the room, on socket surrounds and did not always cover beyond the skirting level, all of which will now need additional work before the room can be completed."

"The plasterwork is unlike any plastering I have seen before, it is so smooth and its texture is like marble. Steven the Plasterer was considerate, polite and motivated to undertake the work, his timekeeping was excellent and he was very particular in ensuring that all the work he did was of a very high standard. I am still in shock at his standard of workmanship. My home now shows that a professional Plasterer has been working in it. I like the plasterwork so much that I am putting off painting my walls and ceilings, because once I do the painting, my walls will just be the same as everyone else's.
