"Disappointing. I allowed the tradesman to pick the date as in no particular rush. On the day he didn't turn up and had his mobile switched off so I couldn't contact him. After a week I contacted him for an explaination. his response didn't explain why he didn't re-schedule prior to the day or contact me on the day or after. He may be very good but I'll never know. I eventually went with Ab-fab who did turn up when they said they would and did a good job. "
