"Left a terrible mess and claimed it was normal practice. We had to resand our floors back to get rid of the white discolouration, repaint our fireplace and repaint our skirting boards (none of these we had planned to do prior to his work). Got a rude response when I contacted them to tell them this. Why would they care.. they got their money."
