"Although they turned up on time, their work leaves a great deal to be desired. They plastered the ceiling which has a large crack in it already, the walls look reasonable but they obviously didn't think I'd look under the window sill as they've left gaps. Needless to say I won't be using them again or recommending them."

"In the end I had nine ceilings to plaster. They were heavily artexed and also showing very heavy board lines at the joints. Initially, I was prepared to have them taken down, re-boarded and then skimmed but Ben told me that this was extra cost that wasn't justified. Ben made an arrangement to quote for the job and turned up on time. He told me when he would deliver the quote and it was on time. He also agreed that days when he would come to do the job and arrived at the agreed time every day. Other quoters couldn't even attend for the quote on time. The job was very messy, but dust sheets were applied to all of the affected areas and all was fully cleared up at the end of each day. In addition, Ben took all of the rubbish away with him rather than leaving it on the driveway. We weren't available for consecutive days but Ben accomodated our schedule, including working at weekends to fit in. The standard of workmanship was superb and he paid great attention to detail. I now have 9 fantastically finished ceilings. I know that Ben has other skills as a tradesman and I have no problem recommending him to anyone I know or to get him back for further work in future. A thoroughly skilled tradesman!"
