The room is small and is off the kitchen. It only has one complete wall as the others have doors, fireplace or openings in. We stripped the wallpaper off and although the plaster is not too bad and no big holes in it, it will need to be finished so we can paint it. We live in Ebley

Due to water ingress and plaster blown to brickwork, require Gable wall to be re-plastered and adjacent wall skimmed to match. Gable wall 3m (W) x 2.25 (h), adjacent wall 2.5m (w) x 2.25 (h) plus three patch repairs.

I'm not sure
I had a new personal door fitted from the porch into the garage. I need the porch replastered, its about 5ft square with existing patterned plaster??? I want it smooth now though. The porch contains 2 doors, the front door which virtually fills one wall and the new garage door. The wall with the garage door in is only about twice the width of the door. It has been plastered already (badly) and is very uneven. On the garage side, you can see the breeze blocks around the new door and and there's the odd gap, and I want this side plastered as well (or whatever needs doing to make it look good).
Did a great job, and a very nice chap. Would definitely use him again.

skim two bedroom ceilings,landing ceiling and one bedroom wall.Plus skim round top of walls where coving has been removed. the two bedroom ceilings have had polysytrene tiles removed and have cracks that need repairing. also landing ceiling has cracks that require repairing.the cracks are in joints between plaster board panels.
