Job we have artex ceilings, which we would like skimmed to be smooth and we have a damaged bathroom ceiling ( foot thru' loft) which needs preparing( already been skimmed.

Job Three walls plus ceiling to be plastered. Probable dry lining and skimming for the three walls (bare block walls at present) and artex for the ceiling (already plasterboarded). This is a partial garage conversion. Work needs to be completed asap.

Comment At first glance the job looked fine. However on closer inspection one wall is convex due to a pipe beneath. This throws out the skirting by quite a long way. Terry
