"Very quick response, unfazed by having to do an extended job, at a reasonable price. The only reason why this is not a five-star rating is that I am not sufficiently competent to judge on the quality: by all accounts it looked very good, and the tiles put on after stayed. If I give a five-star rating and the next job is even better, I cannot rate it as such because I have used all stars up. Will be using the service again when the opportunity occurs"
