1. Ground floor Bedroom wall - Due to a small leak in the roof (now fixed) part of the internal wall became damp over period of time and worked its way down to ground level. This has caused the plasic to blow. Part of the wall will require rendering and then skimming. 2. Another ground floor bedroom. Again damp wall caused to internal wall by a small leak in bath waste pipe (now fixed) plaster has blown (approx). I have taken the plaster back to the wall. Will require rendering and skimming.
Responded promptly to my posting. Gave me a very reasonable quote and was able to start work quickly. Turned up on time and worked really hard. I was extremely pleased with the quality of work and would definitely use again. Superb!

I'm not sure
2 rooms with 3 metre front bay window. Area of bay only to be replastered. Lounge and main bedroom. The wrong plaster is on the internal bay and there is evidence of damp coming through wall. General state good.
We were very happy with the re-plastering and painting that Peter completed. He was polite and reliable and got on with the job. We were pleased with the overall finish.

We have stripped wallpaper and the wall underneath is bare plaster - it has some small cracks and gouge marks and needs reskimming.
Rod did an excellent job of the plastering, a very smooth finish - in fact we are just painting it now and it looks fab! Thanks Rod for doing a great job.

We have removed the wallpaper in our spare room (approx. 11' x 9') and have uncovered what we think is distemper and some possible damp/ condensation. We want this removing if necessary and re-plastering to allow us to the decorate.
Highly recommended. Baverstock were reliable, clean and tidy and did a superb job. Would definitely use again

I have 3 lift entrances that have had nibs built upto them and have had plaster board dabed onto them. I need them skimmed with corner beads fitted. The finished walls are to be emulsioned after [ by others ] so I need a good plaster finish. The nibs are 400mm wide x 2100mm high and are to each side of the lift door ways so 6 nibs in all. The building is a block of warden contoled flats, occupied. No CSCS cards are necasary. We have protection on the floors but still need you to work in a very tidy manner. Timing: ASAP
