Budget Under £8,000

Job External rendering to top half of house needs renewing (either crack repair and repaint or full replacement). Given probable need for scaffolding to sides of house, would like to combined the above job with repainting of wooden eaves and gutter replacement on house and garage as single job if possible. 2 storey detached house with front-adjoining garage. Front and back accessible by ladders but sides will require scaffold due to limited alley width to pitch ladders.

Job We want to decorate our hall, landing and stairs and the ceilings in this area currently have a textured paint finish on them that will have to be plastered over in order that we can paint on them.

Comment Paul did a really good job plastering our smallest bedroom. Was free to do the job quickly and was clean and tidy. He is coming back next week to plaster our hall, landing and stairs. Based on our experience so far we would definitely recommend him. Jo

Budget Under £250

Job Area in basement hall Plaster had salt coming through from brickwall Area of plaster removed - approx 5m X 2m It now needs to be put back with an additive to prevent salt coming through again In addition a radiator that was removed to take plaster off needs to be put back

Job hi i have damp rising through my bed room wall i need some one to hack it off inject the d.p.c and replaster the wall i would prefer some one have damp proofing experience some been working for kenwood damp proofing or damp cure wood cure,and i will check their reference with the damp proofing company

Comment I recently employed fred and reudi to sort out my damp i had on my back wall and bay window wall,they were extremly helpful and polite they told me what to be done to the effected areas,they sorted out my wall by injecting new d.p.c and re-plastered my walls all the work was done to a very high standard and i would strongly recommened this team to anyone lovena

Job 3 rooms 2 have artex ceilings, 1 has wallpaper on ceiling 1 room is approx. 2.5m x 2.5m the hall is approx 2m x 3m the landing is approx 3m x 3m
