"Quality - slightly porous in a couple of places but nothing that 10 minutes with a bit of polyfiller wouldn't sort out. Otherwise, fine.
Value - for the speed and quality: great.
Reliability - like so many other people have said, AJ does take great pride in making sure that you're happy. He didn't actually do the job, three of his team did instead but they were perfectly competent to be left to themselves. AJ turned up at the end of the day to check everything and answer any questions. He did what he said he would do, when he said he would.
Will give him a call next time I need some work doing, I suggest you do too."
