He completed the job as planned, having quoted the better of two quotes on duration, method and price. Hopefully there'll be no deck movement to impact my newly smoothed walls. Craig has offered to apply a mastic joint to address this. He was amenable to my request to delay the original start of the job - given forecasted all day rain, and turned up as rescheduled."
