"This tradesperson was very prompt in responding to my Ratedpeople ad, called round to the house a couple of days later and provided a competitive quote very quickly. Being happy with the quote we decided to go ahead. The job was carried out quickly and efficiently and we were fairly pleased. However, the following day (in daylight) we noticed that the ceiling was very patchy and so contacted him again to come back and take a look. He said be would come back but never did! Unfortunately, the job wasn't brilliant and the tradesman has never been back to take a look and repair it."
