Wall 1: approx 12ft by 8ft minus cupboard 5ft by 6ft and door, the wall steps out and back in at an odd angle. Wall 2: approx 18ft by 8ft (minus door, 2 windows and 6ft run of lower units) Wall 3: approx 12ft by 8ft but not much plastering needed as minus window, runs of higher and lower units. Wall 4: approx 18ft by 8ft not much needed, around extractor hood, above higher units and a patch about 6 ft square. Some touching up needed in places to ceiling. Would prefer you to have a look to confirm quote before starting. Walls currently a mixture of painted wallpaper on original plaster and new rough plaster. Old house so walls probably not entirely straight.
