"Chose this plasterer due to testimonials on this website. Agreed a price and start date. He allowed 4 days for my hall, stairs and landing. Job was completed in 3 days. The large flat walls were generally very good but the measure of a good plasterer is in the detail. Sadly the plasterer really let himself down here. Edges, corners, window reveals, door architraves, etc were all very poorly finished. His advise to my wife was that these could all be sorted out by a decorator! He taped up the windows prior to starting work in order to protect them. He failed to remove the tape and plastic at the end of the job but was kind enough to show me how it should be done. In addition there was insufficient covering of the floors. Finally he did not have his own vacuum cleaner and had to borrow ours in order to clean up each day. My wife was in tears after the job was "finished". Suffice to say we won't be using this plasterer for the other 3 rooms"
