Plasterer needed to skim over bathroom where tiles have been removed. Room size 1.83 x 2.4 metres, all 4 walls to a height of 1.3 metres plus area above the bath and end of bath to ceiling height. Please assume most of the tile adhesive is removed. Photo's can be emailed if required. Looking ideally for someone next week?
Full credit to Ashley, excellent communication, quick and accurate estimate, arrived on time as promised and did a first rate job. Thorough, tidy and friendly with it. Would certainly recommend.

We have a small room ceiling to be boarded and plastered. The room is approx 7ft x 7ft. We also have a crack in the hall ceiling approx 2ft x 1.5ft which also needs doing. We had a plaster quote £200 and said it would be a days work and this price included materials. We are happy with the quote but he cannot do the work for several weeks and we really need it doing sometime next week due to our baby going into the room. Just had fireplace knocked out and am looking for someone to plaster where it has been removed. Just less than half the chimney breast in size. Bit of artex will need chipping off first.

I'm not sure
I have just bought a 12 year old house which has Artex patterned Ceilings, i would like them smooth. There are 4 Bedrooms, Bath, En-suite, Living Room, Dining Room, Kitchen, Utility, Cloak room, Hall Stairs and Landing. In total it is approximatly 70 metres square over 13 rooms.
