I have had some electrical work undertaken in the form of tv aerials and new sockets fitted. this involved chasing out the walls in 4 rooms and some small plastering around 2 sockets. also have removed 6 curtain rail batons and need plastering to finish off. also two shaver points removed which have left small 2" to plaster.
Would highly recommend - good quality and left home clean and tidy.

Price was cheap, however workmanship was questionable, also price changed during job and so did the specification, which was to be expected, overall if you want something done cheaply tec roofing is okay but don't expect the best quality. The quality is in line with the price.

In the process of decorating bathroom. The ceiling has been lined with waterresitant plasterboard and needs skimming (approx. 7m2 half of ceiling is sloped). One wall (with window) needs skimming (approx. 5m2). Looking for a good tradesman who can carry out the work this week.
Quick repsonse. Good quality, but could have paid more attention to the details.

Hi, we need a bedroom skimming as soon as possible - preferably Monday/Tuesday (2nd/3rd April 2012.) It has quite high ceilings at 2.7m and picture rails. One side of the ceiling follows the angle of the roof. A large area of one wall is taken up by built-in cupboards and there are 2 doors in the room and a large window leaving approx 32 m2 of skimming required - about 12 m2 of this is ceiling. The room will be cleared, and there are no carpets down as yet. We will have removed all of the dreaded woodchip by Monday and can apply PVA on Sunday if required. There are 2 sockets that can be loosened before Monday and 1 light switch, powering one pendant light. Thanks

NEEDS TO BE OVER A WEEKEND - if possible 27 - 28 Feb 10 All in one room. Skimming of ceiling (11m2), ceiling already plaster boarded. 1m2 needs repairing on one of the walls where a fire place was, again already plaster boarded. around the window needs patch repairing as well as around 2 plug sockets.
Dean is the tradesman you hope to get when you want a job doing, clean, tidy, on time, pleasant and above all a high standard of workmanship. I'd highly recommend him and will be using him again for more work in the near future.
