He came straight away but I felt his work was a little rough and I was over charged for what he did. If the work had been perfect I probably wouldn't grumble at the price he charged

A very personable chap who did a very good job. Had to come back for a second day because of the size of the job (2 large ceilings), but the price remained the same - which in itself was brilliant as it was over half that quoted by other tradesmen. Having to travel 40 minutes to do the job didn't deter James either. Would recommend James for any plastering work. Thanks again.
