Cracked and crumbling rendering underneath front bay window needs redoing as causing damp/condensation inside. Would also like concrete surrounding the bay window taken up and replaced with gravel/stones to provide better drainage.
Ian is a very friendly, knowledgeable and reliable chap with clearly a lot of experience in all aspects of the building trade. He completed a re rendering job and damp prevention job on my bay window. Explained exactly what he was going to do and why. Completed the job in a day and everything was neat and well done. Kept me up to date throughout as I was away. Highly recommended and reliable.
